Ingredients:

- 250 g butter
- 400 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 400 g all-purpose flour
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 300 ml milk
- 2 tbsp red food coloring

Frosting:

- 400 g cream cheese
- 200 g butter
- 300 g powdered sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar

Decorations:

- Edible flowers (e.g., roses)

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour three round cake pans.
2. Beat the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add the vanilla sugar and mix.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda).
5. Alternately add the dry ingredients and milk to the butter mixture, starting and ending with the dry ingredients. Mix well.
6. Stir in the food coloring until well combined.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared pans and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the tops are set. Allow to cool.
8. Prepare the frosting: beat the butter and cream cheese until fluffy, then add the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix well.
9. Layer the cakes with frosting in between each layer. Cover the entire cake with frosting and decorate with edible flowers.
10. Allow the cake to chill in the refrigerator before serving.
