Ingredients

- Cake Base:
- 6 eggs
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Vanilla Milk for Soaking:
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 ½ dl milk
- Cream-Curd Filling:
- 2 dl whipped cream
- 250 g cottage cheese
- ¾ dl sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2-3 dl canned peach slices
- Milk Chocolate Glaze:
- 200 g milk chocolate
- 1 dl heavy cream
- Decoration:
- Chocolate-covered raisins
- Monsteri-Martti or other theme-related toys

Instructions

1. Prepare the cake base: Whisk the eggs and sugar until fluffy. Mix the dry ingredients together and gently fold into the batter. Pour the batter into a baking pan and bake at 175°C for about 25-30 minutes. Allow to cool.
2. Make the vanilla milk: Combine the vanilla sugar and milk in a bowl.
3. Prepare the cream-curd filling: Whip the cream, then add the cottage cheese and peach slices. Sweeten with sugar and vanilla sugar.
4. Assemble the cake: Slice the cooled cake into three layers. Soak the bottom layer with the vanilla milk and spread half of the filling on top. Place the second layer on top, soak, and spread the remaining filling. Add the final layer and soak it.
5. Make the milk chocolate glaze: Chop the chocolate and place it in a saucepan, add the cream, and melt over low heat while stirring.
6. Glaze the cake: Pour the chocolate glaze over the cake and spread it to the edges. Allow it to chill in the refrigerator.
7. Decorate the cake: Before serving, decorate the cake with chocolate-covered raisins and Monsteri-Martti.
