A hearty sheet pan pizza that allows for endless topping combinations, perfect for a pantry clean-out! Preparation Time: 1 hour

Ingredients:
- For the Pizza Dough:
- 25 g yeast
- 200 ml lukewarm water
- just under 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp oil
- about 500 g all-purpose flour
- For the Toppings (choose any combination):
- Tomato sauce
- Grated Emmental cheese
- Canned tuna
- Sliced ham
- Thinly sliced salami
- Capers
- Pineapple
- Sun-dried tomatoes
- Mozzarella
- Blue cheese
- Additionally:
- Oregano
Instructions:
1. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water. Add salt and oil.
2. Gradually mix in flour until the dough is soft.
3. Knead the dough until smooth and cover the bowl. Let it rise until doubled in size.
4. Roll out the dough to fit a baking sheet.
5. Spread tomato sauce over the base and generously add your chosen toppings.
6. Sprinkle oregano on top.
7. Bake at 225°C (437°F) for about 20 minutes, until the surface is beautifully golden brown.
