Ingredients:
- 800 g potatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 50 g grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel and wash the potatoes, then slice them into thin rounds.
2. Boil the potato slices in salted water for about 5 minutes until slightly tender. Drain and let cool.
3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
4. Add the potato slices to the skillet and fry for about 10 minutes until golden brown and crispy, turning them regularly.
5. Add the crushed garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook for a few more minutes.
6. Serve hot with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
