A delicious and low-fat way to start your day! These Finnish-style curd pancakes are packed with flavor. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 250 g quark
- 2 dl milk
- 3 eggs
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
- Butter for frying
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the quark, milk, and eggs until well combined.
2. Add the flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt to the mixture. Stir until the batter is smooth.
3. Heat a frying pan and add a bit of butter.
4. Pour some batter onto the pan and cook on medium heat until the top is set and the edges are golden brown. Flip and cook the other side.
5. Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
6. Serve warm with berries or maple syrup.
