Instructions:
1. Lightly whisk the eggs in a bowl until well mixed.
2. Add the milk, flour, and salt. Stir until you have a smooth batter.
3. Preheat the oven to 450°F (225°C) and let the batter rest while the oven heats.
4. Heat a cast-iron skillet in the oven and add about a tablespoon of butter.
