Ingredients:
- 400 g chicken strips (unmarinated)
- A splash of canola oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of noodle mix (from a package)
Instructions:
1. Heat the canola oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the chicken strips to the pot and cook until they are fully cooked and slightly browned.
3. Season the chicken strips with salt and pepper.
4. Pour enough water into the pot to cover the chicken strips completely. Bring to a boil.
5. Add the noodle mix to the boiling broth and cook according to the package instructions until the noodles are tender.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
