Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour - 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2 tablespoons butter for frying
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.2. Add the eggs and milk. Stir until you have a smooth batter.
