Ingredients:

- 3 ripe bananas
- 200 g fresh strawberries
- 200 ml coconut cream
- 1 lime (juice and zest)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. Start by preparing the strawberry nice cream. Cut the bananas and strawberries into pieces and freeze them for about 2-3 hours until completely frozen.
2. Once the bananas and strawberries are frozen, place them in a blender. Add the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If needed, add a little water to help blend.
3. Prepare the lime-coconut cream. Whip the coconut cream in a bowl and add the lime juice, lime zest, and maple syrup. Whip until fluffy.
4. Assemble the layered dessert: Take glasses or bowls and first add a layer of strawberry nice cream, then a spoonful of lime-coconut cream. Continue layering until all ingredients are used.
5. Optionally, garnish with fresh strawberries or lime slices. Serve immediately or refrigerate for a while before serving.
