Crispy and delicious, these French fries are the perfect side dish for any meal.

Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel and cut the potatoes into strips or wedges.
2. Soak the potato strips in cold water for about 15 minutes to remove excess starch.
3. Drain the potatoes and dry them thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
4. In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and rosemary until evenly coated.
5. Spread the seasoned potatoes evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake at 200 °C (400 °F) for about 25-30 minutes, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy. Flip the fries halfway through for even cooking.
7. Serve warm.
