This easy and delicious pasta is the perfect meal or snack for a busy day. Preparation takes only 20 minutes, and it serves 2-3 people.

Ingredients:

- 200 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or penne)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 100 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 100 g spinach
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 50 g grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain the pasta, saving a little cooking water.
2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until golden brown.
3. Add the cherry tomatoes to the pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they soften.
4. Add the spinach to the pan and cook until it wilts. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Toss the cooked pasta into the pan and add a little reserved cooking water if needed to prevent it from drying out.
6. Serve hot, sprinkling with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil if desired.
