A refreshing and delicious vinaigrette that pairs perfectly with salads and appetizers.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- A pinch of rose or Himalayan salt
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons liquid honey
- A pinch of black, white, and pink pepper
- 3.5 dl blueberries (about 200 g)
- 0.4 dl extra virgin olive oil
- 1.5 dl natural blood orange-pineapple juice
Instructions:
1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
2. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt or honey if needed.
3. Serve the vinaigrette with a good appetizer or salad.
