A delicious and juicy blueberry cheesecake pie that's perfect for indulging. This recipe is easy to make and tastes even better the next day. Preparation Time: 1 hour

Ingredients:
- Crumb Mix:- 7 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl graham flour
- 3 dl sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 250 g melted butter
- Base Dough:
- about 2/3 of the crumb mix
- 2 dl buttermilk
- 1 egg
- Cheesecake Filling:
- 500 g cottage cheese
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 large egg
- ½ tsp vanilla powder (or 3 tsp vanilla sugar)
- 1 liter blueberries (or slightly more)
- Topping:
- about 1/3 of the crumb mix
Instructions:
1. Prepare the crumb mix: In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients (all-purpose flour, graham flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda). Add the melted butter and mix until crumbly.2. Set aside about 1/3 of the crumb mix and to the remaining mix, add the buttermilk and egg. Stir until smooth.
3. In another bowl, combine the cottage cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla.
4. Spread the base dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, or divide the dough into two baking pans.
5. Pour the cheesecake filling over the base.
6. Generously add the blueberries on top of the cheesecake filling.
7. Sprinkle the remaining crumb mix evenly over the blueberries.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 35 minutes.
9. Let cool and serve best the next day.
