- 100 g honey or maple syrup
- 100 ml milk or plant-based milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 100 g nuts or seeds (e.g., walnuts, sunflower seeds)
- 150 g dried fruits (e.g., apricots, raisins)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).2. In a large bowl, mix together oats, almond meal, salt, and nuts or seeds.
3. Add honey (or maple syrup), milk, and vanilla extract to the mixture. Stir well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
4. Gently fold in the dried fruits.
5. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, until the mixture is golden brown.
7. Allow to cool before cutting into pieces.
