Delicious and crispy, French fries are the perfect side dish to accompany burgers or steaks. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel and cut the potatoes into strips or sticks.
2. Rinse the potatoes in cold water and dry them thoroughly.
3. Place the potatoes in a bowl and add olive oil and spices. Mix well until the potatoes are evenly coated.
4. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (428°F) for about 25-30 minutes, until the fries are golden brown and crispy. Turn the fries halfway through the baking time.
6. Serve warm.
