Ingredients:

- 200 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 300 g all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 100 ml milk
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp red food coloring

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
4. In another bowl, mix the flour and baking powder. Gradually add this flour mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk.
5. Stir in the vanilla sugar and red food coloring until the color is uniform.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
