A delightful and refreshing cake combining the sweetness of strawberries with the tartness of rhubarb. Perfect for a sunny day!

Serving Size: 10 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g butter
- 2 dl sugar
- 4 eggs
- 5 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 dl milk
- 300 g fresh strawberries
- 300 g rhubarb
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. Grease and flour a cake pan.
3. Beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. In a separate bowl, mix the flour and baking powder, then gradually add to the batter alternately with the milk.
6. Chop the strawberries and rhubarb into small pieces, and fold them into the batter along with the vanilla sugar.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
8. Bake in the oven for about 40-45 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
9. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
