- 250 g frozen carrot puree
- 3/4 dl rice-oat mixture

Instructions:

1. Heat the water in a pot and add the beef stock cube. Stir until the cube dissolves.
2. Add the liver mince to the pot and mix well.
3. Incorporate the frozen carrot puree and rice-oat mixture. Stir until smooth.
4. Allow the mixture to simmer on low heat for about 15-20 minutes, until the rice is cooked.
5. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Let it simmer for a bit longer for the flavors to meld.
6. Serve warm.
