Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- A splash of milk
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
- Sugar to taste
- Caramel sauce for serving
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them until well beaten.
2. Add a splash of milk and the vanilla sugar to the eggs, mixing well.
3. Mash the bananas with a fork and stir the banana puree into the egg mixture.
4. Add sugar according to your taste and combine until smooth.
5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
6. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is a beautiful golden brown.
7. Allow to cool slightly before serving, and enjoy with caramel sauce.
