Ingredients:

- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup milk (or plant-based milk)

- Butter or oil for frying

Instructions:

1. Mash the bananas in a bowl with a fork.
