A delicious and quick dessert that combines curd, whipped cream, and tasty plum puree. This sweet treat is perfect for festive tables or to enjoy on regular evenings. Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients
- 200 g curd - 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 dl heavy cream
- 100-150 g plum puree or jam
- About 1/2 dl sugar (to taste)
- A hint of cognac (optional)
- 2 gingerbread cookies (crumbled)
Instructions
1. Whip the heavy cream until it forms soft peaks, being careful not to overwhip. 2. Gently fold the curd into the whipped cream.
3. Add the vanilla sugar, sugar, and plum puree or jam. Mix well.
4. If using cognac, incorporate it into the mixture and stir.
5. Spoon the mixture into serving dishes and top with crumbled gingerbread cookies.
6. Let it chill in the refrigerator for about an hour before serving.
