A delicious and easy salmon stir-fry, packed with flavor and color, perfect for a quick meal! Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 1 kg salmon
- Black pepper
- Salt
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Oil for frying
- 20 cm leek
- 4 carrots
- 2 firm potatoes
- 2 zucchinis
- 2 fish bouillon cubes
- A little water
- Soy sauce
- Sesame oil
Instructions:
1. Cut the salmon into pieces and season with black pepper, salt, and lemon juice. Let it marinate for a moment.
2. Peel and slice the carrots, potatoes, and zucchinis. Finely chop the leek.
3. Heat oil in a wok and add the leek. Sauté for a moment.
4. Add the carrots and potatoes to the pan, and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
5. Incorporate the zucchinis and salmon pieces into the pan. Cook until the salmon is done.
6. Dissolve the fish bouillon cubes in water and pour the mixture into the wok. Add soy sauce and sesame oil to taste.
7. Mix well and let it cook for a few more minutes. Serve warm.
