Ingredients:
- 800 g potatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp rosemary (dried or fresh)
- 1/2 cup fresh herbs (e.g., parsley or thyme) for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and cut the potatoes into evenly sized wedges.
2. Parboil the potatoes in salted water for about 10 minutes, until slightly softened. Drain well.
3. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and rosemary.
4. Add the drained potatoes to the spice mixture and toss well to coat.
5. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for about 20 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy, turning them halfway through the cooking time.
