This coffee bread is a perfect treat to enjoy with your coffee. It's easy to make and always tastes delicious. Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 8-10 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g butter - 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 300 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 100 ml milk
- 100 ml coffee (brewed and cooled)
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a loaf pan. 2. Beat the butter and sugar together until fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the batter, alternating with the milk and coffee. Mix until smooth.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
7. Bake in the oven for about 45-50 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through. Test for doneness with a toothpick.
8. Allow to cool in the pan before serving.
