This green smoothie is wonderfully smooth and refreshing, perfect for beginners. The banana and almond milk soften the texture, while fresh herbs add a burst of freshness.

Ingredients:

- 1 ripe banana
- 2 dl almond milk
- 1 dl fresh green herbs (e.g., basil or mint)
- 1 tbsp nettle extract
- 1 tbsp Super C powder
- 1 tbsp green powder
- A pinch of cardamom

Instructions:

1. Peel the banana and chop it into pieces.
2. Add the banana pieces, almond milk, fresh herbs, nettle extract, Super C powder, and green powder to a blender.
3. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
4. Taste and adjust the cardamom according to your preference.
5. Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately.
