A delicious and moist cake made with ripe bananas and pumpkin puree, perfect for any occasion.

Baking Time: 45-50 minutes
Serving Size: 10 slices
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 200 g pumpkin puree
- 2 dl sugar
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl rolled oats
- 1 dl oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp nutmeg
- 0.5 tsp ginger
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. Mash the bananas and pumpkin puree together in a bowl.
3. Add the sugar and oil, and mix well.
4. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, stirring until smooth.
5. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and salt.
6. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the banana-pumpkin mixture.
7. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
8. Bake in the oven for about 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
9. Allow to cool before serving.
