Ingredients:
- 1 large cucumber
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup fresh mint
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Grate the cucumber finely and squeeze out any excess moisture.
2. Chop the mint and peel and crush the garlic cloves.
3. In a bowl, combine the grated cucumber, yogurt, chopped mint, and crushed garlic. Season with salt and black pepper.
4. Transfer the cucumber yogurt dip to a serving plate.
5. Drizzle olive oil over the dip before serving.
