A fresh and zesty dip made with white beans and cilantro, perfect for spreading on bread or dipping vegetables. Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
- 1 can (about 400 g) white beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Place the white beans, fresh cilantro, olive oil, lemon juice, and crushed garlic in a blender.
2. Blend the ingredients until smooth. If needed, add a little water to achieve your desired consistency.
3. Season the dip with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Serve the dip with fresh crackers or vegetables for dipping.
