A quick and easy oil perfect for seasoning salads and pasta. Preparation time is only 10 minutes, and the serving size is enough for multiple uses.

Ingredients:

- 1.5 dl oil
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt to taste

Instructions:

1. Place all ingredients in a deep bowl.
2. Blend the ingredients with an immersion blender until smooth.
3. Allow the oil to rest before serving so the flavors can meld.
