Ingredients:
- 400 ml coconut milk - 100 ml milk (or plant-based alternative)
- 100 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine the coconut milk, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. 2. Whisk the ingredients well until the sugar is dissolved.
3. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
4. If you don’t have an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and place it in the freezer.
