This energizing smoothie is perfect to enjoy before or after a yoga session. It helps align the body and mind for the practice. Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
- 1 banana - 1 cup oat yogurt
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel the banana and chop it into small pieces. 2. Add all the ingredients to a blender.
3. Blend the ingredients until smooth. If desired, add ice for a cooler smoothie.
4. Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately.
