Description: A delightful cherry cream tart with a buttery crust and sweet cherry filling. Perfect for dessert or a special occasion.

Serving Size: 8 servings
Ingredients:
Crust:
- 125 g margarine
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 egg
- 3 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions:
1. Melt the margarine and let it cool.
2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled margarine and sugar.
3. Add the egg and mix well.
4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients and stir until smooth.
5. Pour the batter into a greased tart pan and smooth the surface.
6. Top with your desired cherry filling.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes or until the top is a beautiful golden brown.
8. Allow to cool before serving.
