Ingredients:
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups raspberries
- ½ package puff pastry
- Sugar to taste
- Crushed chocolate or mint candy for garnish
Instructions:
1. Roll out the puff pastry into two thin sheets.
2. Press one sheet into a round tart pan lined with parchment paper.
3. Place the raspberries on top of the pastry (reserve some for garnish) and sprinkle sugar over the raspberries.
4. Cover the raspberries with the second sheet of pastry.
5. Bake in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
6. Let it cool slightly, then garnish with crushed chocolate or mint candies before serving.
