A delicious and quick dish that combines pasta with fresh basil. This recipe is perfect for a weeknight dinner and comes together in no time.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or penne)
- 100 g fresh basil
- 50 g pine nuts
- 50 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 100 ml olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain the pasta and reserve a little cooking water.
2. Meanwhile, prepare the pesto. Place the basil, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, and garlic in a blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
3. Slowly add the olive oil while blending until the pesto is creamy. If the pesto is too thick, you can add some reserved cooking water.
4. Toss the cooked pasta with the pesto. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
