Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 1 dl yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 2 dl orange juice
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- Ice cubes (to taste)

Instructions

1. Peel the bananas and cut them into pieces.
2. Add the bananas, spinach, yogurt, orange juice, and honey to a blender.
3. Add ice cubes if desired.
4. Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
5. Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately.
