Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes - 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into long strips. 2. Rinse the potato strips in cold water and dry them thoroughly.
3. Place the potatoes in a bowl and add olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix well to ensure the spices are evenly distributed.
4. Spread the seasoned potato strips on a baking sheet, making sure they are not touching each other.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 25-30 minutes, until the fries are golden brown and crispy. Flip the fries once during baking.
6. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
