A hearty and flavorful fish soup with a blend of fresh vegetables and a hint of citrus. Perfect for a cozy meal! Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 shallots
- 0.5 dl black, pitted olives
- 0.5 dl lemon juice (juice of half a lemon)
- 1 carrot
- 0.25 leek
- Ketjap manis soy sauce or Asian fish sauce to taste
- 300 g light fish (like perch or pike)
- Chopped fresh dill
Instructions:
1. Peel and rinse the vegetables.
2. Chop the shallots, carrot, and leek into bite-sized pieces.
3. In a pot, combine the chopped vegetables and black olives.
4. Add fish broth and lemon juice to the pot.
5. Add fish sauce according to your taste.
6. Cut the light fish into pieces and add it to the pot.
7. Simmer on low heat until the fish is cooked through.
8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped dill.
