A hearty fish soup perfect for a cozy meal. Preparation Time: 45 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g fish (e.g., salmon or pike)
- 1 l water
- 2 dl white wine
- 100 g butter
- 2 onions
- 2 carrots
- 3 potatoes
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the onions, carrots, and potatoes.
2. Melt the butter in a pot and sauté the onions until soft.
3. Add the carrots and potatoes to the pot and stir for a moment.
4. Pour in the water and white wine, then add the bay leaves, salt, and pepper.
5. Cook the vegetables for about 15 minutes, until they are nearly tender.
6. Add the fish pieces to the soup and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the fish is cooked through.
7. Remove the bay leaves before serving.
8. Garnish with fresh dill and serve hot.
