Ingredients
- ½ tsp baking powder - 2 drops vanilla extract or 1 tsp real vanilla sugar (optional)
- 1 tbsp ground peanuts
- ½ - 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp melted butter (dairy-free)
- 2 tbsp soy flour
- 3 tsp sweetener (cinnamon-flavored sweetener)
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- ½ tsp ground cardamom
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix together the baking powder, vanilla extract, ground peanuts, cinnamon, melted butter, soy flour, sweetener, egg, almond flour, and ground cardamom. 2. Stir all the ingredients well until the batter is smooth.
3. Pour the batter into a microwave-safe dish or mug.
4. Microwave on high for about 1-2 minutes until the bun has risen and is cooked through.
5. Allow to cool for a moment before serving.
