Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients
- 2 dl rice and rye mix (parboiled broken rye or whole grain rice) - 6 dl milk
- 1 packet frozen spinach
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 onion (about 100 g)
- 400 g frozen or fresh fish
- 0.5 tsp white pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 bunch dill
Instructions
1. Grease a baking dish. 2. Cook the rice and rye mix in the milk until fully cooked.
3. Sauté the chopped onion in a pan until translucent.
4. Add the sautéed onion, frozen spinach, salt, white pepper, and fish to the rice and rye mixture. Mix well.
5. Stir in the eggs and dill, and mix again.
6. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish.
7. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius (about 400 degrees Fahrenheit) for 30-40 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
