Ingredients:
- 1 Swiss roll base- 200 g fresh strawberries
- 200 g mascarpone cheese
- 1 dl heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- Additional strawberries for decoration
Instructions:
1. Cut the Swiss roll base into strips or pieces.2. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar.
3. Arrange the Swiss roll pieces on a serving platter.
4. Spread the mascarpone cream mixture over the Swiss roll slices.
5. Slice the fresh strawberries and place them on top of the cream mixture.
6. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
7. Decorate the cake with fresh strawberries and serve immediately or let it chill in the refrigerator for a while.
