A delicious and nutritious breakfast that combines yogurt, grains, and fruit. This recipe is easy to prepare the night before and enjoy in the morning. Preparation Time: 10 minutes + overnight soaking
Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 apple or pear- 3 tablespoons rolled oats
- 3 tablespoons raisins
- 2-4 dl yogurt
- (cinnamon to taste)
- (toasted almonds, chopped, if desired)
- (raspberries, if desired)
Instructions:
1. Grate the apple or pear.2. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
3. Divide the mixture into serving containers and cover them.
4. Let it sit in the refrigerator overnight.
5. In the morning, add cinnamon and toasted almonds or raspberries before serving.
