A delicious and nutritious overnight oats recipe, perfect for breakfast or a snack. Preparation Time: 10 minutes + 1 night in the refrigerator
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 dl rolled oats
- 5 dl yogurt (e.g., Greek or plain)
- 2 dl apple juice
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 apple, grated
- 0.5 dl nuts (e.g., walnuts or almonds)
- 0.5 dl dried fruits (e.g., raisins or apricots)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Honey or agave syrup to taste
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, yogurt, and apple juice.
2. Add the sliced banana, grated apple, nuts, dried fruits, and cinnamon to the mixture. Stir well.
3. Sweeten with honey or agave syrup according to your taste.
4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the mixture to an airtight container and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight.
5. Serve the next morning with your choice of toppings, such as fresh berries or additional fruit.
