- 200 g (2 dl) rolled oats - 2 1/2 dl fresh apple juice
- 2 grated apples
- 200 g (1 cup) plain yogurt
- Cinnamon to taste
- Fresh berries (e.g., blueberries)
Instructions:
1. Place the rolled oats in a bowl and soak them in fresh apple juice overnight. 2. The next morning, mix in the grated apples, yogurt, cinnamon, and fresh berries.
