Ingredients:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and cut the potatoes into strips.
2. Place the potatoes in a bowl and add olive oil and spices. Mix well to ensure the potatoes are evenly coated.
3. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 25-30 minutes or until the fries are golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through the cooking time.
5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
