Delicious and crispy, French fries are the perfect side dish for any meal.

Ingredients:
- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips.
2. Rinse the potato strips in cold water and dry them thoroughly.
3. Place the potatoes in a bowl and add oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix well to coat the potatoes evenly with the spices.
4. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
5. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for about 20-25 minutes, until the fries are golden brown and crispy. Flip the fries halfway through the cooking time.
6. Serve warm.
