Ingredients:
- 4 eggs - 2 dl sugar
- 1 dl milk
- 1 dl oil
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 dl raspberries
- 2 dl nougat mousse
- 250 g marshmallow fondant
- 2 dl heavy cream
Instructions:
1. Prepare the cake base: Whisk the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the milk and oil. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder, then mix into the batter.2. Bake the base: Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake at 175°C (350°F) for about 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool.
3. Prepare the filling: Mix the raspberries with the nougat mousse. Once the cake base is cool, slice it in half and fill with the raspberry and mousse mixture.
4. Decorate the cake: Cover the cake with marshmallow fondant. You can shape the fondant into a Winnie the Pooh character for decoration. Pipe whipped cream around the edges.
5. Serve: Let the cake set for a while before serving. Cut into pieces and enjoy!
