Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 dl heavy cream - 1 dl milk
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 dl berries (e.g., blueberries or raspberries)
Instructions:
1. Whip the heavy cream until fluffy. 2. In another bowl, mix together the milk, sugar, vanilla sugar, and lime juice.
3. Gently combine the whipped cream with the milk mixture.
4. Fold the berries into the mixture delicately.
5. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and cover with a lid.
6. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
