Serving Size: 4 people
Ingredients:
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 dl milk
- 2 eggs
- 100 g shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
- 150 g ham, tuna, or feta cheese
- 1 dl Greek yogurt
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter for frying
Instructions:
1. Rinse and finely chop the spinach.
2. In a bowl, mix the flour, milk, eggs, and shredded cheese. Add the chopped spinach.
3. Mix the batter well and season with salt and pepper.
4. Incorporate the ham, tuna, or feta into the batter and stir.
5. Heat butter in a frying pan and pour the batter into a waffle mold.
6. Cook the waffles for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
7. Serve the waffles with Greek yogurt.
