A delicious chocolate dessert that combines warm brownies, cold vanilla ice cream, and sweet salted caramel sauce. The perfect way to start the week on a cheerful note! Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 100 g butter
- 2 dl sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp salt
- Vanilla ice cream
- Salted caramel sauce
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a square baking pan.
2. Melt the chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth and let it cool slightly.
3. Add the sugar to the chocolate mixture and mix well.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. Stir in the flour and salt until the batter is smooth.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, until the surface is set but the center is still slightly soft.
7. Allow the brownies to cool for a moment before cutting.
8. Serve warm brownies with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzle generously with salted caramel sauce.
